Ordering from Number & Brush

Your photo and design

Upload photos you own or have permission to use, including any permissions needed from the people pictured. You keep your rights to your photo. You allow us and the services we use to process, store and reproduce it as needed to create your design, prepare your kit and support your order.

Please review your crop and preview before ordering. A paint-by-number design simplifies a photograph, and paint and printed colors can differ from a backlit screen.

Your order

Review the size, quantity, delivery address and total before payment. Your checkout shows the price and applicable shipping and taxes. A saved design or generated preview does not reserve paint or production capacity.

If there is a problem with availability or your order, we will contact you. We will not substitute a different customer-approved design without your agreement.

Looking after your kit

Follow the painting instructions included with your kit. Keep paints and small components away from young children and pets. If you are unsure about a material or how to use the kit, ask us before proceeding.

Other policies and help

Our shipping, cancellation and returns, and privacy pages explain those parts of the service. For help, email help@numberandbrush.com with your order number when you have one.

These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that applicable law gives you.
