Cancellations and help with your kit

Cancel before production

Contact help@numberandbrush.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel. You can cancel your order for a full refund before production begins. We will confirm its status with you.

Once production has begun, a change-of-mind cancellation may no longer be possible. This does not limit your rights if an item is defective, incorrect or cannot be shipped as promised.

Damaged, defective or incorrect kits

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos can help us understand what happened, when you are able to provide them.

We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for damaged, defective or incorrect items. If a return is needed for an issue we are responsible for, we will provide return instructions and cover that return shipping.

Custom kits and changes of mind

Each kit is made from your selected design. We do not accept change-of-mind returns for custom kits. Please review the crop, preview, size and quantity before checking out.

Do not send a kit back before contacting us; we will let you know whether a return is needed and where it should go.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. We will confirm when the refund has been issued; your payment provider may take additional time to show it. Nothing in this policy removes rights that applicable law gives you.
