Where we ship

We ship within the United States. Available destinations and any shipping charge will be shown before you pay.

Preparation and delivery

The expected ship date shown with your order is when we expect to hand your kit to the carrier. It is different from the delivery date. Carrier transit time comes after preparation.

Availability, order size and production capacity can affect preparation. We will tell you about a known change to the expected ship date before purchase. If a delay arises afterward, we will contact you with the available timing and the choice to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.

Tracking and your address

We will provide tracking when your order ships. Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout and contact us promptly if it needs correcting.

A delivery problem

If your kit arrives damaged, is missing something, or does not arrive as expected, email help@numberandbrush.com with the order number. We will help investigate and arrange the appropriate next step.
